I'm looking to buy a spindle sander for my workshop. New to carpentry field and trying to find reasonably priced tools. Located in MS.

Most wooden trunks use one of the following types of wood: oak, walnut, pine, or cherry. If you buy the more expensive trunks, you will get mahogany. They are usually lined on the inside with cedar to protect the items from being eaten by pests.
